Import Permits Required:
All shipments to the United States require valid import permits. It is the customer’s responsibility to obtain and provide the necessary permits prior to shipping.
Permit Submission:
After placing your order, you will be contacted with instructions on how to submit your import documentation.
Duties & Taxes:
All customs duties and import taxes, are the responsibility of the recipient. These are not included in your purchase price or shipping cost.

Import Permits:
Some countries may also require import permits. Please check with your local customs authority or contact us for assistance.
International Licensing Fee:
A $150 international licensing fee may apply to your order. This fee covers additional documentation and compliance processing for international shipments.

Identification and/or proof of business registration (for regulated products)
a valid PAL number (possession and acquisitions license) is required on certain products for Canadian customers

We will notify you promptly after checkout if additional documentation is needed.

Failure to provide necessary permits or pay applicable licensing fees may delay or cancel your shipment.
Refunds will not be issued for orders delayed due to incomplete or missing import documentation.
We reserve the right to update this policy without prior notice in accordance with international trade regulations.
